About

I build the part of the web people actually touch.

I'm Mahmoud, a front-end developer in Lebanon. I spend my days building interfaces: turning designs and requirements into UI that is fast, accessible and easy to maintain.

Most recently, at Silicon Cedars, I worked with Synopsys teams on their engineering platforms: building reusable Lit web components shared across many internal apps, and maintaining production Angular features alongside them.

I also love shipping things end to end. I built and launched Java Assistant, a bilingual tutoring platform, published ai-chat-element on npm, and build sites for designers and brands. You can see it all on the work page.

How I work

What I care about.

  • 01

    Keep it simple

Fewer moving parts means fewer things to break, and a codebase that is easy to pick back up months later.

  • 02

    Make it fast

I keep pages light and watch load times. A slow page loses people before they ever see it.

  • 03

    Works for everyone

Responsive, accessible and right-to-left ready by default, so it holds up on any screen, in any language.

  • 04

    Use the best tools

I work with AI tools like Claude Code every day: faster prototyping, better reviews, and more time for the details that matter.
